STUDIO POLICIES

Tuition must be paid in FULL for the session before the first class.
We will not accept partial payments - Full session payments only.
Payment can be made with cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. PayPal: paintedrainbowstudio Venmo: @Nalani-Lettner
If something comes up and student has to miss a class, there will not be a refund or credit given. (Mrs. Lettner has reserved a space for us, planned a lesson in advance, and purchased supplies.)

A credit will be issued towards a future session if for some reason Mrs Lettner is unable to teach and the class gets cancelled.
There must be a minimum of four students registered for a class to proceed. If the minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled, and students will be rebooked into another class time.

I hereby release Painted Rainbow Studio from liability of any injury my child or I may suffer as the result of participation in the program.
No child will be released from the studio by themselves or with anyone other than authorized persons.
I give permission to see that my child receives medical treatment in an emergency.
The studio is not responsible for supervising your child outside of class time.

Cell phones should be stowed away during class
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. We will be respectful to our classmates, to Mrs. Lettner, and to the art supplies.
We will try our best and will not criticize our own work or the work of others.
Wear clothes that can get messy or paint splattered. Art is messy, and although we do our best to prevent clothing from getting stained, we will not inhibit creativity. We are not responsible for damaged clothing or property.
While in the studio, photos may be taken of your child and their artwork. Some photos may be shared online for marketing purposes.
